All products are warranted by the manufacturer, at the time of sale and for a certain period of time predetermined by the manufacturer, against defects in workmanship, materials and/or operation subject to ordinary conditions, as it pertains to the particular repair. However, we do not warrant against defects due to improper installation, failure to exercise normal maintenance, or against the consequences of uses for which the item is not designed for.
PartsZone Supply's only obligation under this warranty is to repair, replace, or issue a credit, at our discretion, any of the products determined by PartsZone Supply to have been defective. This determination can only be made after the products have been returned to PartsZone Supply for inspection, with shipping charges prepaid. Labor and installation charges of any kind are not covered by our warranty. Products replaced under this warranty are warranted only through the remainder of the original warranty.
